It's Game time in Brooklyn!
Smith College Pioneers vs Brooklyn College

Smith College Athletics, the department of Alumnae Relations and Development,
and the Smith College Club of New York City invite you to come for a pre-game
“tailgate” reception and stay to cheer on Smith’s champion Pioneers basketball team
when they play Brooklyn College in Brooklyn!
The Athletics Department will be holding an auction during this reception - you may be the lucky winner of:
- Two Final Four packs including NCAA Final Four backpack, gear and team photo from the team's history run last season, or;
- Five Game Day Experience Packages including sideline gear and the opportunity to join the team pre-game meeting, half-time meeting and post-game meeting in the team locker room, or;
- One ultimate Game Day Experience Package which will include sideline gear plus the opportunity to sit on the bench and be an Honorary Coach during the game!
The team will also be available immediately following the game for 30 minutes for a mix and mingle. They will be signing team posters as well.
The Pioneers start this season as winners, with an impressive record:
● 2023 NCAA Final Four Appearance (1st in program history)
● 30-2 overall record
● 2023 NEWMAC Champions (3rd consecutive conference championship)
● Head Coach Lynn Hersey - 2023 Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) National
Coach of the Year and NEWMAC Coach of the Year
● 18-0 record at home in 2022-23
● Enters the 2023-24 season ranked No. 4 by the WBCA
