Mortgage event image

Thinking about buying an apartment? Haven’t the first idea about how to go about it? Does the word “mortgage” make you nervous?

Join Eris Saari Phillips ’84 on October 15 for a presentation and Q&A session aimed toward people who want to know more about qualifying for a mortgage, what underwriters look for, whether they should buy a condo or a co-op, and a list of typical closing costs. This talk assumes little to no experience in getting a mortgage.
