Reclaiming Emotional Freedom with Sound, with Glendy Yeung '97

Saturday, May 30, 1:00 PM

To skillfully navigate the shifts upon us, it is crucial to maintain energetic and emotional health so that we can access all parts of ourselves with clarity, calmness and sovereignty to show up as our best selves in the world. Glendy Yeung ’97, Sound and Energy Healer, will share a few energetic tools and conduct a deep sound journey to help you reclaim emotional freedom from fear, anxiety and other low-vibrational influences.

When we experience distress mentally, emotionally, physically or spiritually, we are 'out of tune'. Our body may give us not so subtle warnings by way of anxiety, insomnia, digestive issue, disturbed emotions, tightness in our neck, lower back pain that require attention. Sound, as vibration, has the property to be used as medicine to help our bodies shift our vibration to provide relief.

During this hour-long session, Glendy will share energetic tools and host a group sound journey to help you reclaim emotional freedom from fear, anxiety and other low-vibrational influences. A group energy healing will wrap up the session.

Benefits:

• Relief stress and anxiety

• Balance mood swing and emotion

• Improve the quality and quantity of sleep

• Restore clarity and inspire creativity

• Expand awareness

• Access to deeper insights
