Upcoming November Events from Smith College Club of New York City

Dear Reader,

The NYC Smith Club is sponsoring a very special event tomorrow, November 6. Elizabeth Bettina '84 will discuss the unexpected journey that led her to write It Happened in Italy: Untold Stories of How the People of Italy Defied the Horrors of the Holocaust. Elizabeth will also present rare photographs given to her by Jews who survived, and she will be accompanied by Holocaust survivors who will share their stories of rescue and resistance. Please RSVP promptly as space is limited.

Craving pecans? Looking to support a good cause? You are in luck! Pecan sales have long been a Smith tradition. If you would like your pecans to arrive in time for Thanksgiving, please order no later than the first week of November. Proceeds go to the Smith Scholarship Fund. Order now
