Upcoming Event: Words Without Borders

Dear Reader,

Break out the knitting needles. It's autumn in New York and we're once again hosting our Saturday craft meet-up (11/8). And don't forget to RSVP for Spreading the Word, a discussion on the importance of making literature accessible across borders with Executive Director of Words without Borders, Karen Phillips '02, and novelist, Maaza Mengiste (11/17).

It's also not too early to begin thinking about pecans. Proceeds from this long-standing Smith tradition go to the Scholarship Fund. Orders take up to 4 weeks for deliery, so you must order in advance to have pecans in time for the holiday season.
