President Emerita Dr. Ruth Simmons to Give Keynote at Annual Scholarship Benefit - April 4

Dear Reader,

On Monday, April 4, we hope you will join the Smith College Club of New York City for a very special evening, as we welcome President Emerita Dr. Ruth J. Simmons (1995-2001) as Keynote Speaker for our Annual Scholarship Benefit. This is one of the highlights of the year for our Club, where we raise much-needed funds that benefit Smith students from the Greater New York area. 

The evening begins at 6:00 pm with refreshments and hors d'oeuvres until 7:00 pm, when Dr. Simmons will speak. Thanks to Anita Volz Wien '62, the event will be held at The Colony Club, 564 Park Avenue at East 62nd Street. Dress code is Business Attire, with jacket and tie required for men (no denim).

Please consider support at one of the patron levels:

  • Angels: $2,000 (supports Benefit at the highest level, named in Benefit Program and includes up to 5 tickets)
  • Sponsors: $1,000 (named in Benefit Program and includes up to 5 tickets)
  • Patrons: $600 (named in Benefit Program and includes up to 3 tickets)

Individual tickets are $200. Tickets go on sale today, Monday, February 22. Registration will end on March 28 (or earlier if sold out).
