Tuesday's Open Board Meeting; Paris JYA 90th Anniversary; Benefit with Pres. Emerita Ruth Simmons

Dear Reader,

Tuesday, March 8, is the night of our NYC Smith College Club Open Board Meeting. Meet members of the Board and hear from our committees about what's coming regarding events, membership, communications, admissions and more. All are welcome to stop by between 7:30 and 8:30 pm. The event is free, but we ask that you register here.

Our next Salon, hosted by Dr. Patricia Tidwell '73, takes place on Wednesday, March 9, from 6:80 to 8:30 pm. Tonight's topic is women's transformative economic influence, based on the book, Fast Forward: How Women Can Achieve Power and Purpose, by Ambassador Melanie Verveer and Kim Azzarelli.

On Saturday, March 19, at 1:00 pm, it's time for a Brunch commemorating the 90th Anniversary of Smith's Junior Year Abroad Program in ParisJoin us at a Midtown bistro to connect, meet new friends and (if you like) practice speaking French, while celebrating the anniversary of this beloved Smith program.

Buy your tickets now for our Annual Scholarship Benefit on Monday, April 4, featuring a keynote speech from President Emerita Dr. Ruth J. Simmons (1995-2001). Proceeds benefit the Scholarship Fund, which provides critical financial aid to Smith students from the Greater New York area.
