Offering Support, Staying Connected - Virtual Zoom Events and Updates

The Smith College Club of New York City's Board of Directors would like you to know we're thinking of you during this difficult time. Many of you may be battling with illness, grief, loss of income, anxieties over the loss of routine, agency, or sense of control, or newfound difficulty caring for loved ones. We're here to support each other during this time.
Virtual Club Events
The Club has begun putting on virtual events via Zoom. Please keep an eye out for upcoming sessions including How to Coach Yourself Through a Crisis (5/19) and Exercise in This Tough Time (5/29). If you have ideas for how to reach the community through a Zoom webinar or activity, please fill out this virtual session form.
Isolation Support Network
The Club would like to connect Smithies who may need some extra support during this time with those who may be able to offer it. Complete this support form to let us know if you need something, or if you would like to offer to help out someone else.
Updates
The 2020 Annual Meeting will be postponed until the fall. Ahead of this meeting, the new slate of Club directors for the 2020-2021 programming year will be presented to the Club membership for approval. Please let us know if you have any questions.
The 2020 Annual Scholarship Benefit has been postponed. We plan to reschedule the benefit when it is safe to do so. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please contact benefit@smithclubnyc.org.
