An Informative SCCNYC Zoom Group Discussion

Lauren Grunebaum, LCSW (Smith College ‘1983, Columbia University ‘1986) will lead a group discussion about the increase in eating difficulties and the loneliness and shame often associated with overeating at this unprecedented time. Other related topics, such as food acquisition, meal planning, and preparation in isolation, and nutrition also will be discussed.
A New York City psychotherapist, Lauren specializes in treating eating disorders and associated anxiety and depression. Her practice includes individuals, couples, and families dealing with depression and anxiety, both of which are often components of anorexia nervosa, bulimia, and binge eating disorder.
