Movement educator Rebekah Rotstein ’98, and creator of Buff Bones® and Revive Livestream classes for anyone to do at home (or in a closed office), will conduct a Zoom workshop for the Smith College Club of NYC to share ways to stay strong, reduce stiffness, maintain good balance and keep your bones and joints healthy, using convenient everyday props. Get ready to feel better!

Reclaiming Emotional Freedom with Sound, with Glendy Yeung '97
Saturday, May 30, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

During this hour-long session, Glendy will share energetic tools and host a group sound journey to help you reclaim emotional freedom from fear, anxiety, and other low-vibrational influences. A group energy healing will wrap up the session.

Simple Steps to Help You Better Understand and Manage Conflict

Ever get so fed up that you want to social distance...in your own home? Genesis Fisher, Esq '00 discusses the roots of conflict and explores a key skill for active listening that will help you communicate more effectively and diffuse tension.  The session will incorporate polls and breakout rooms so that participants can practice their new skills.
