TWO DAYS AWAY!

Join us for another musical afternoon with pianists Yang Liu and Jiayan Sun from Smith College’s music department featuring compositions by Chopin, Liszt,  Busoni, transcriptions  of Johann Strauss ’s waltzes, and more!

  A post-concert reception to meet the artists will follow.

It's Game time in Brooklyn!
Smith College Pioneers vs Brooklyn College
Saturday, December 9, 2023,  2 PM  

Smith College Athletics, the department of Alumnae Relations and Development, and the Smith College Club of New York City invite you to come for a pre-game “tailgate” reception/auction and stay to cheer on Smith’s champion Pioneers basketball team when they play Brooklyn College in Brooklyn! Meet the team afterwards!

The Pioneers start this season as winners, with an impressive record:

  • 2023 NCAA Final Four Appearance (1st in program history)
  • 30-2 overall record
  • 2023 NEWMAC Champions (3rd consecutive conference championship)
  • Head Coach Lynn Hersey - 2023 Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) National
  • Coach of the Year and NEWMAC Coach of the Year
  • 18-0 record at home in 2022-23
  • Enters the 2023-24 season ranked No. 4 by the WBCA
